Equipment structure

This bulky waste shredder is mainly composed of feed bin, double-roll crushing, power distribution control system, discharging conveyor, power drive and other main parts.

1. Feed silo: Place the waste to be crushed to prevent accidents caused by splashing of materials during crushing;

2. Double-roll crushing: Wear-resistant knives are installed on the double rollers. All the knife heads are assembled to form a spiral knife. After rotation, the tension of each knife head is guaranteed to be uniform. The double rollers are folded to ensure that there is no large gap between the double roller knife heads. Wood crushing is achieved through the extrusion between the knife hook and the two sticks;

3. Power system: The power supply is driven by the reducer.
