Prior to shredding, the raw materials were bulky, irregularly shaped plastic bags and packaging, which are difficult to transport, store, and process efficiently. After undergoing processing in dual-shaft shredder, the waste was reduced into uniformly sized fragments, achieving a 90% reduction in material volume. This dramatic size reduction not only simplifies downstream handling but also produces a consistent, high-quality feedstock for further recycling.
